Our peers are excellent clinicians and we communicate very well with first names and a deep respect for each other. There is always someone to teach and someone to learn from.
Providers and Administration have an excellent relationship. The majority of the current Administrators are prior full-time providers and several still are currently practicing.
My family is very happy with the area. The school system and the communities around Manchester are great. We go to Boston frequently and the mountains are less than 45 minutes north.
There exists a very collegial relationship between peers, and this includes physicians, mid-levels and nursing. The culture here is definitely one of equality and shared responsibility.
Our family relocated to New Hampshire twelve years ago and have greatly enjoyed the pace, natural beauty and lifestyle of the state. NH has proved to be a great place to raise and educate our three sons.
