Memo EPN EPS Operating Board Call for Nominations October 2015

The Operating Board Management of EPN/S was established last spring to support the EPN/S Network and create a decision making body to set a multi-year strategic plan, establish clinical services and quality goals and support physician practice. We are nearing the end of our first term and looking for nominations to the EPN/S Operating Board. We are looking to appoint six members. Current members are eligible for nomination. As a member of the EPN/S physician network, we are notifying you of these opportunities.
